The Four Archetypes
Individualists have unique attitudes toward innovation, compliance and risk in the workplace. Where someone lands on that spectrum determines whether they are a High-Flyer, Adaptable, Reliable, or Builder.

Most forward- thinking and risk-tolerant. See themselves as innovators who can guide others through change. Less bound by formal structures; prioritize innovation over compliance.

Embraces change, are comfortable taking risks, and are flexible with rules if it leads to improved efficiency.

Moderately innovative and open to flexibility with policies, but less willing to challenge existing norms.

This group is unique in balancing innovation with high levels of compliance. They want to innovate within strict regulatory boundaries and avoid risks that may disrupt established processes.
